A community gives people a sense of pride and confidence. • We aim to create an app for everyone from casual to professional bodybuilders. We want an app that streamlines the gym experience. With the help of world-renowned coaches, trainers, and nutritionists our algorithm will be specifically designed to meet our client’s needs.

Unlike a lot of other apps on the Android and Apple app store, the Life App will offer a premium service for free. However, the paid version will be custom tailored to professional athletic trainers. The paid version will provide an interface to trainers that can be changed for specific clients. Trainers will be provided with a dashboard to observe all their clients at once (this dashboard can be viewed through a computer or mobile device). Trainers can easily partner with gyms to allow customers to “shop” their options. For example, each trainer at a gym could offer one QR code workout. This first workout could be a way to determine which trainer best suits the customer's needs. The gym and trainers will have the ability to work together to create streamlined workouts based on the equipment and machines at the gym. Diet tracking within the paid version will include more oversight. Trainers can require their clients to upload what they and receive pictures of the meal A digital dropbox will add transparency for people trying to reach their goals.
